About the Opportunity Ellucian is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Strategic Services team, focused on helping higher education institutions successfully navigate complex technology transformations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people—guiding institutions through change in a way that drives adoption, minimizes disruption, and delivers long-term value. You’ll work closely with institutional leadership, faculty, and staff to shape and implement change strategies tied to major technology initiatives. This is a consultative role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with opportunities to lead engagements, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes across diverse campuses.
