About the job

\n

We're looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to take ownership of production reporting pipelines and dashboards that support forecasting and capacity planning. This role is focused on running and improving live data products end to end, including pipeline logic, schema, dashboards, and data quality. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and a partner data team during a transition of ownership.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
\n
• Hands-on experience with a cloud data lake or lakehouse environment such as Databricks
\n
• Experience owning or maintaining production BI dashboards (Qlik preferred, other BI tools considered)
\n
• Experience with ETL and data pipeline tools, including debugging pipeline failures, race conditions, schema drift and data quality issues
\n
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools
\n
• Able to work independently in a live production environment with limited documentation
\n
• Experience triaging and escalating production issues under time pressure
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders
\n
• Familiarity with contact center or workforce management data, such as handle rate, forecast vs. actuals, and staffing or capacity planning, is a plus
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
