Technical Program Manager I, Fiber Deployment, Cloud Networking

Manage end-to-end delivery of global network infrastructure programs, including long-haul fiber, metro networks, and leased capacity, ensuring milestones are met from concept through deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to understand technical dependencies, resolve constraints, and align capacity forecasting with infrastructure deployment timelines.Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and leadership stakeholders.Translate complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives into well-defined technical requirements, actionable roadmaps, and clear execution plans.Contribute to process improvements and scalability enhancements within network deployment workflows to optimize efficiency and accelerate capacity delivery.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program management.Experience with fiber network deployments.Experience with network infrastructure, or risk management.Preferred qualifications:Experience with workflow automation.Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, or capacity infrastructure.Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
