Arc Broward in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Employment Specialist (Job Coach) to provide job coaching services to adults with developmental disabilities. This role involves mentoring participants, completing documentation, and advocating for their needs at job sites. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of job placement experience.
