Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety transformation projects within the energy and utilities industry. This Contract/Temporary opportunity in Baldwin Park, CA is ideal for a highly organized project leader who can manage complex initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you will support high-impact safety initiatives that influence operations, culture, and organizational performance. You will work with leadership, department teams, vendors, and key stakeholders in a collaborative environment that values accountability, communication, ethical decision-making, and continuous improvement. This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys leading meaningful projects, building structure, and helping teams move from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-impact, enterprise-wide safety projects from planning through successful completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, risk mitigation plans, resource plans, and performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and priorities across departments, vendors, and leadership groups.
- Support safety culture transformation initiatives, business readiness activities, change management efforts, and related project roadmaps.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and barriers, and drive accountability to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $124,000 to $156,000 per year.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Baldwin Park, CA.
