For more information about joining our team, please visit us at are seeking qualified candidates with a passion for a long-term career in Investment Banking, that have extraordinary levels of critical thinking, motivation, and initiative and aspire to deliver superior client service.Responsibilities:Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and executionDevelop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analysesDraft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentationsDevelop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partnersConduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunitiesCoordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetingsMentor and train analystsThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
