Front Office Agent

Providing exceptional guest experiences, the full-time Front Office Agent will assist with hotel arrivals and departures, manage registration processes, and handle guest inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate information is provided Process payments and manage financial transactions, including credit card authorizations and currency conversions Address guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods Required qualifications Previous hotel experience preferred Proficiency in using a calculator for complex mathematical calculations Ability to manage customer interactions with patience and diplomacy Familiarity with moderately complex computer systems for data entry and retrieval Capability to detect emergency situations and respond appropriately
