Position Summary We are actively hiring *Safety Technicians (Levels 13)* to support large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects in the Richmond, VA area. Whether you're entering the field with an OSHA 30 certification or bringing previous construction safety experience, this role offers a clear path for career growth into higher-level safety positions. Key Responsibilities * Support daily jobsite safety operations and OSHA compliance * Conduct site walkthroughs to identify hazards and unsafe conditions * Assist with incident prevention, reporting, and documentation * Reinforce company safety policies and OSHA standards * Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations * Maintain safety logs and required documentation * Partner with field crews and project leadership to promote a strong safety culture Required Qualifications * OSHA 30 Certification (required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in an active construction environment * Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented * Willingness to work in the field daily Preferred Qualifications * Previous construction safety experience * OSHA 510 or other safety certifications * Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
