Colony Roofers is expanding its residential roofing sales division and is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals who know how to build trust, educate homeowners, and close high-value home improvement projects.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Conduct scheduled, in-home consultations with residential homeowners throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend roofing replacement and improvement solutions.
• Deliver educational, compelling sales presentations designed to build trust and help homeowners make confident purchasing decisions.
• Guide homeowners through available products, roofing systems, financing options, and project expectations.
• Use company-provided drone technology, digital measurement tools, and sales systems to prepare professional proposals.
• Effectively address customer questions, pricing concerns, and competitive estimates while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Manage customer follow-ups and maintain accurate activity records within the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with internal production and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions after the sale.
• Consistently achieve sales performance objectives while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated achievement in closing customer transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct in-home sales presentations and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Willingness to learn new roofing products, sales techniques, digital tools, and company processes.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other technology to manage appointments, estimates, and follow-ups.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional customer-facing presence.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience selling residential roofing replacement systems, particularly in a retail environment.
• Proven success in one-call-close or consultative in-home sales environments.
• Background in home improvement sales, including windows, siding, remodeling, bath renovations, flooring, or similar services.
• Documented sales achievements, awards, recognition, or strong production results.
• Experience presenting financing options and handling customer price objections.
• Familiarity with roofing products, measurement technology, drones, or digital sales presentations.

You do not need to come from the roofing industry if you already know how to succeed in residential in-home sales. Colony Roofers provides product and process training for experienced sales professionals transitioning from other home improvement categories.

Compensation & Incentives

• Commission-based compensation: Tiered commission structure, generally ranging from approximately 6% to 10% of sales, depending on experience and production level.
• Annual earning potential: 70,000–150,000+, dependent on individual sales performance.
• Company-generated appointments: Typically 8–10 qualified appointments per week, subject to availability and scheduling.
