Wage: $24.00 to $28.00 hourly.

Maximum Range is provided as an example of the Wage/salary range for each position and its earning capacity given factors such as time in position, longevity with the company, education level, and performance experience. Newly entering employees should expect to enter at the minimum level.

Job Summary:
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for establishing relationships with community organizations and developing resources that will be beneficial to program participants.

Please note that this position has a 180-day introductory period.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develops partnerships with community-based organizations, high schools, post-secondary schools, and
local government agencies in the community.
• Attends community resource fairs, outreach events, business functions, and other local networking
meetings to connect with community leaders and existing/potential partners.
• Plans and develops Goodwill-hosted events such as resource fairs and panels.
• Educates existing/potential partners on the populations served and services/programs offered by
Goodwill.
• Conduct educational workshops related to Mission Services.
• Maintain effective relationships with community-based organizations and partners.
• Drives a company-owned mobile unit van to provide outreach activities in the community.
• Participates in team meetings and communicates with internal staff to provide updates on partnerships
and events.
• Maintains all documentation on outreach efforts, relationships developed, and upcoming plans/events.
• Adheres to standards and outcomes as outlined in program policies/procedures, program contracts, and
referral and accreditation agency standards.
• Create a database of community resources and partners beneficial to program delivery and services.
• Willing to work during off hours on occasion to assist in outreach or program presentations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team,
and/or mission.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak/read/write proficient English; Bilingual skills preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Office 365.
• Must be available to work after hours and on weekends.
• Must be able to drive company-owned vehicles.

Required Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the
position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background. Individuals must have a valid driver's license,
liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving
record.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related studies preferred.
• At least two years' experience required in marketing, outreach, and/or community development.
• Valid driver license and insured/reliable vehicle.
• Background check
• Drug test- Post offer.
