Account Executive - Enterprise

About the Role:

Make an impact by helping enterprise organizations achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions and strategic partnerships. As an Account Executive - Enterprise on our Self-Storage team, you'll work with executive-level decision-makers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver Yardi solutions that address their needs. You'll manage the sales process from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, while developing strategic account plans and maintaining a strong pipeline within your assigned territory. What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales opportunities, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contract execution, and close.
• Develop new business and grow relationships with large enterprise clients and prospects within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and organizational needs.
• Deliver tailored Yardi solutions and compelling value propositions that address complex business challenges and drive client success.
• Achieve sales objectives by managing strategic opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and contributing to overall sales strategy and growth initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
• Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging and positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Proven capability to build relationships and interface with decision-makers at large organizations
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
• Strong capacity to understand and explain technical products
• High responsiveness with a client-centered focus
• Yardi domain experience
• Industry experience in property management

• Knowledge of accounting principles

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
