Talent Acquisition & HR SpecialistA growing organization in the Austin area is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join its team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys recruiting but also wants exposure to a broad range of human resources responsibilities.The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will initially take a lead role in supporting recruiting efforts across multiple Texas markets, including Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Recruiting will span a variety of positions, from hourly employees to operations leadership, business development, and market-focused roles.In addition to talent acquisition, this individual will support onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, and other HR initiatives as business needs evolve.What You'll Do:Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple Texas marketsPartner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesSource, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring processRecruit for a diverse mix of hourly, professional, operations, and business development positionsCoordinate offers, pre-employment activities, and new-hire onboardingSupport employee offboarding and related documentationMaintain accurate employee and recruiting recordsAssist with day-to-day HR questions and employee needsSupport HR programs, processes, and special projectsHelp identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes as the organization continues to growWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a combination of bothExperience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple types of positionsAbility to recruit for both hourly and professional-level talentWorking knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and general HR practicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environmentAbility to partner effectively with leaders and employees at all levelsPay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
