GDG Smiles is expanding our high-performance sales team and looking for a confident, driven Sales Closer who knows how to build trust, overcome objections, and turn qualified opportunities into booked appointments.

This is not a cold-calling position .

You’ll work with warm inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in cosmetic dental treatment . Your job is to understand their goals, communicate the value of treatment, address concerns, and confidently guide qualified prospects toward the next step.

What You’ll Do

• Work with warm inbound leads — no traditional cold calling .
• Connect with prospective patients by phone, text, and CRM.
• Build rapport and uncover each prospect’s goals and motivations.
• Present cosmetic dental treatment options and communicate value.
• Handle objections involving price, timing, financing, and treatment.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Convert qualified prospects into booked, deposit-paid appointments .
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Work toward clearly defined weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, call reviews, and sales training.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a 1099 independent contractor, performance-based sales opportunity with flat case pay for qualified bookings.

• Approximately $4,000–$8,000+ monthly earning potential for successful representatives , depending on individual production and performance.*

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales, preferably in a closing role.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Comfortable selling high-value products or services.
• Skilled at building rapport and establishing trust quickly.
• Strong at handling objections and guiding buying decisions.
• Persistent and disciplined with follow-up.
• Organized and consistent with CRM activity.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable working toward measurable sales KPIs.
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and results .

Experience in cosmetic dentistry, healthcare, automotive, real estate, insurance, finance, luxury products, or other high-ticket sales environments is a plus.
