Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience providing speech therapy services in school settings a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills for virtual service delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments virtually for K-12 students
• Develop tailored Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress
• Deliver engaging, effective teletherapy sessions addressing speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough records and prepare timely progress reports in accordance with state and district requirements
• Proactively participate in IEP meetings via video conference
