Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license valid in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience providing speech-language services in school settings, either onsite or remote
• Strong communication, organization, and technical skills to engage virtually with students, families, and school teams
• Comfortable with technology and virtual platforms for teletherapy and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students via teletherapy
• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and develop actionable IEP goals
• Communicate progress, recommendations, and support strategies with educators and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes
• Collaborate with special education staff and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all relevant state, federal, and school policies
