Desired Experience & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP licensure (state-specific and ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital collaboration tools
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and adapt therapeutic approaches

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions remotely to a diverse caseload of students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
• Offer strategies and resources to support student success in both virtual and onsite settings
• Stay current with best practices in telepractice and educational speech-language pathology
