Serves as a liaison between the Director of Student Services and District Engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; post graduate business program credits or degree preferred

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a high level secretarial / administrative assistant position

• Previous experience providing support to a team of supervisors in special education programs preferred

• Previous experience working with budgets, handling confidential matters, scheduling, prompt and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders required

• Experience supporting various aspects of Committees and Board matters preferred

• Ability to provide leadership, support and direction to other team members

• Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions in the absence of supervisors or on their behalf

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and comfort with learning new software

Terms of Employment Full-time, 260 days, 8 hours/day Salary Secretary E pay scale, min. $18.15/hour, excellent benefit package. Attachment(s):
