About the Role
Our client, a growing company within the automotive retail industry, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team. This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, with a stronger emphasis on sales, customer engagement, and relationship building. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, identifying solutions, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
This position is well-suited for someone with previous phone-based sales and customer service experience, particularly within the automotive industry. While training will be provided, automotive knowledge will help accelerate onboarding and success in the role. Job Description
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting sales objectives. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and online channels, assisting with product inquiries, recommendations, pricing, availability, and order-related questions.
Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications
Required

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, phone sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions across phone, email, and online platforms.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes.

Preferred

• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Background in automotive sales, automotive customer service, or aftermarket automotive products.
• Familiarity with wheels, tires, vehicle accessories, or related automotive products.
• Proven success in a phone-based sales environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.
