- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet the needs of senior clients
- Ensure all shifts are properly staffed to provide continuous care
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and quality care

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Recent college grads encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to assist with after-hours/weekend scheduling needs
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
