Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, leveraging telehealth platforms, to address a wide range of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring that goals are realistic, measurable, and attuned to the client’s aspirations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care that addresses clients' diverse needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of best practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clinical effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults and adolescents, empowering them to navigate their mental health challenges in a supportive environment. You will work closely with clients dealing with life transitions, family issues, and personal crises, guiding them toward healthier coping mechanisms and life skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
