Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for provisional/temporary licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in providing both direct and consultative speech services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess student speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in both one-on-one and group settings
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaboration, and progress reporting
• Communicate closely with classroom teachers and parents to support student learning goals
• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
