Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Texas and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse student populations, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech-language, communication, and social-pragmatic needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and training as needed
• Stay updated on best practices and compliance standards in school-based speech services
