Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting middle and elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a diverse caseload in a school-based environment near the Irving, TX area. You’ll collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to foster meaningful progress in student communication and language development.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Texas SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Proven experience delivering speech and language support in a school-based setting, especially with elementary and middle school-aged students
• Advanced communication and organizational abilities, adept with documentation and IEP processes
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commit to an onsite, full-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct and indirect therapy for a caseload of about 35 students
• Participate in the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers, administrators, and special education staff
• Document student progress and maintain thorough compliance with state regulations and IEP requirements
• Serve as a professional resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
• Engage with families and caregivers to ensure a supportive, collaborative approach
