Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role for the 2026–2027 school year supporting senior high school students (11th and 12th grades) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract position focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services within a dynamic school environment close to Irving, TX.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with high school students, is strongly valued
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and providing both direct and consultative speech-language services
• Strong communication, meticulous organization, and effective documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 senior high school students requiring speech and language interventions
• Deliver speech-language assessments, create treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
• Develop and track progress toward Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Work collaboratively with special education professionals, classroom teachers, administrators, and families to achieve positive student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings to discuss student progress

Assignment Details:

• Onsite role, full-time (40 hours per week), during the academic year (August 4, 2026 through May 21, 2027)
• Virtual interview process (15–30 minutes)
