Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP – CCC credential required (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP role highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and therapy for a diverse student population
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver effective, engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Maintain detailed records and required documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Consult with educational staff and families to provide strategies that help students succeed academically and socially
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student planning
