Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make an impact in elementary education for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, contract role is based near Irving, TX, and offers a dynamic environment where you’ll engage with approximately 40 elementary students requiring speech and language services. The assignment will involve close collaboration with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families to deliver comprehensive support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required
• Previous school-based SLP experience favored
• Demonstrated experience with elementary-aged students is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Professional Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
• Develop and implement IEP goals, providing both direct and indirect therapy to students
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress
• Work onsite, delivering evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with staff to develop and tailor student support plans
• Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to promote student success and compliance with state/federal guidelines
