Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting students for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract position calls for an experienced SLP to deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 35 middle and elementary school students. The assignment includes conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and collaborating with a team of educators and families in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success working with elementary and/or middle school populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Must have reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for assigned students
• Establish and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP objectives
• Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services
• Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with educators, special education teams, administrators, and families
• Engage in regular communication to ensure student needs are effectively met
