Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience working in school-based settings, with early childhood populations a plus
• Solid skills in communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation
• Reliable means of transportation

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for early learners
• Creating and monitoring IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Delivering engaging therapy sessions, both direct and consultative
• Collaborating with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation as part of a multidisciplinary team
