Lead Solutions Analyst - Data Analytics

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in solutions analysis, data modelling, and technical program delivery within the financial industry
• We need demonstrated strength in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
• We need advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, including experience developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
• We need proven ability to apply technical fluency across current platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
• We need a strong track record of leading through change, working through ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects
• We need working knowledge of AI/ML models and practical experience using AI tools
• Financial industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Python, Databricks, and data engineering would be an advantage

• We lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
• We build and maintain strong awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and inventive solutions for complex initiatives
