ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

Take the lead on complex technology initiatives that help enterprise clients accelerate digital transformation and improve service delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee high-impact IT projects, coordinating teams, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and deliverables from initiation through implementation. You will apply Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies to ensure projects meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Working closely with technical teams, executive stakeholders, vendors, and client organizations, you will foster collaboration, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving forward. Your leadership will help teams become more autonomous, strengthen delivery processes, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing client environments. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a technology-driven environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and diverse perspectives. Accountabilities As a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex technical projects and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. You will combine structured project management with Agile coaching, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement.

- Project planning and execution: Lead technical projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. - Agile and Scrum leadership: Guide project teams and client organizations in adopting Agile and Scrum practices, encouraging self-organization, continuous improvement, collaboration, and sustainable delivery. - Team coaching and facilitation: Assess team maturity, coach members toward stronger Agile practices, facilitate discussions and decision-making, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments that affect delivery. - Client relationship management: Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related matters, understand client needs, manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. - Resource and budget management: Assess resource utilization, identify staffing requirements, allocate responsibilities, monitor project expenditure, and support accurate forecasting for current and future initiatives. - Risk and issue management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, ensuring that scope, deadlines, quality standards, and business goals remain on track. - Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate activities across technical teams, internal departments, client organizations, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and deliver agreed outcomes. - Executive communication and stakeholder engagement: Communicate project goals, critical success factors, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders, including executive-level clients. Facilitate negotiations and build consensus when priorities or viewpoints differ. - Service delivery and client satisfaction: Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, client requirements, and agreed quality standards while maintaining transparency and fostering trusted working relationships. - Product backlog and prioritization support: Educate and support product sponsors in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure teams focus on the most valuable work.
