Specialized Heavy Lifting Equipment Business Development and Sales

Position Overview

In this role, you will leverage your proven track record in technical or capital equipment sales to manage existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and act as the global face of Buckingham equipment. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who thrives on strategic planning, relationship building, and matching heavy-duty technical solutions to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to systematically grow our market share in the structural moving and heavy lifting industries.
• Relationship Management : Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with structural movers, general contractors, and engineering firms.
• Product Expertise : Provide exceptional product knowledge, consultation, and customer service to clients, confidently guiding them to the right machinery solutions.
• Lead Generation : Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across both domestic and international markets.
• Market Expansion : Analyze global territory demands and build tailored approaches to capture niche markets in the relocation sector.

Requirements

** Requirements:

- **3+ years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, construction, or heavy equipment industries**.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

- Strong understanding of the structural moving and relocation industry (preferred but not required).

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
