Compensation $130,000 - $160,000 yearly Responsibilities Represent clients in family law litigation, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every stage. Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, striving for favorable outcomes. Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case. Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Florida State Bar. Minimum of three years’ experience in family law litigation. Proven track record of successful client representation in court. Ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and collaborate with team members effectively.
