Imagine stepping into our Marysville, MI facility and transforming blueprints into precisely bent metal tubes that keep production moving. As a Tube Fabrication CNC Setup Specialist, you’ll be the precision engine behind our bending operations—configuring CNC and power benders, validating first articles, and sustaining quality through every run.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Set up and run CNC machines and power benders to deliver accurate tube bends.
- Execute machine setups for scheduled production runs, meeting specs and deadlines.
- Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement fixes that cut downtime.
- Perform thorough deburring to achieve clean, finished components.
- Interpret blueprints to guide bend sequences and tooling choices.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe, efficient production environment.
- Track record of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Hands-on deburring proficiency with metal parts.
- Experience with CNC setup and changeover processes.
- Ability to perform precise setups that hold tolerance for full runs.
- Strong blueprint literacy and attention to detail.
- Independent, team-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced shop.
