Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We’re seeking a Customer Relationship & Operations Specialist who can blend creativity with operational support. This role supports marketing initiatives, assists with graphics and proofs, communicates with customers, and helps keep daily workflow running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via email, phone, or ordering portal
Coordinate customer project workflow with customers, design and production teams.
Develop and support marketing content across digital platforms
Manage social media platforms, content, and strategy
Assist with graphic design, artwork setup, and proofing
Provide responsive, friendly customer communication
Coordinate job flow between art, production, and shipping
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Support administrative and operational tasks
Develop and oversee relationships with customer partnerships
Participate in trade show booth events and engage at customer locations
Ideal Candidate
Creative thinker with strong communication skills
Comfortable with basic design tools (Photoshop / Canva)
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable with basic office workflows and CRM / Quoting systems
Able to work across departments and manage shifting priorities
Bartending, Promotional, or Service industry experience a plus
