Floating Community Manager Specialist

This position will support our Bay Area portfolio which requires commuting to various properties throughout the region, which includes San Francisco, the East and South Bay, and the Tri-Valley. Qualifications Must haves: Desire to lead Positive attitude Organization Speed Sense of humor People skills Resilience Prior management, assistant management, and/or budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field High school diploma or GED Ability to travel as needed to our properties in the Bay Area Great to haves: Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Compensation The compensation range for this role is $27 - $37 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
