Sales Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting Account Managers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Shift: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Support Account Managers by managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, and providing product documentation

• Coordinate with Customer Service and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order processing and release

• Interact with regional customer service teams to harmonize procedures across countries

• Analyze sales tracking reports to ensure forecast compliance and support operational efficiency

• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
