HR Admin (Part-Time) Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.00 to $23.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift
HR Admin: Part-Time 10-15 hours a week
- Answers and returns phone calls to HR
- Greet visitors and guests
- Completes necessary office printing and scanning
- Assists internal candidates with computer navigation when needed
- Assists with applicant interview scheduling
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Assists with temporary employee maintenance
- Facilitates planning and execution of special events such as, open enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, employee engagement events, anniversary celebrations, and employee training
Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as assigned
HR Admin (Part-Time) Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Preferred: AA or Undergraduate Degree
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills ·
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Possess accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
