Job Description We're looking for a high-performing Onboarding Lead to join our Client Onboarding team. This person will be the quarterback of new client activations—balancing precision, client communication, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll drive successful onboarding of new buildings and sustainability data coverage, ensuring long-term client satisfaction from day one. What You'll Do Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client properties—from kickoff through handoff to Client Success. Act as a project lead and point of contact for onboarding Build project timelines, track progress, manage stakeholder communications, and proactively resolve blockers. Drive quality utility data acquisition, QA processes, and setup for ESG reporting tools such as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and GRESB. Collaborate with sales, product, client success and engineering teams to ensure client expectations are met with scalable, efficient solutions. Drive our onboarding metrics—targeting a You're a Great Fit If You Have 3–5+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, implementation, or client-facing operations in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong organizational and project management skills—you're great at juggling timelines, people, and details. Experience working with utility data, sustainability reporting, or building technologies is a plus (ENERGY STAR, GRESB, LL97, etc.). Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-first mindset—you don't just highlight problems, you help fix them.
