What you’ll bring:

• Master's Degree in Audiology
• At least 5 years of experience in school-based or closely related settings
• ASHA certification (waiver available for those already certified)
• Active state license to practice and to fit/repair hearing aids
• Successful completion of required state exam
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to improving student outcomes

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive audiology services for students from PreK through 12th grade, supporting a caseload of approximately 50 district-wide
• Conduct hearing assessments and manage ongoing care, with visits primarily at Mission Academy and as needed at other campuses
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the itinerant team to ensure students’ hearing needs are met efficiently
• Offer troubleshooting sessions and schedule follow-ups tailored to student needs, sometimes district-wide
• Document services and maintain clear records in accordance with school district policies
