Area Manager - Parking Operations

Area Manager – Parking Operations Salary Range: $65,000.00–$75,000.00, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential. Work Modality: In Office Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday Location: New Haven, CT Applications will be accepted until the job is closed. Ideal Experience Responsible for multiple locations across an assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self‑parking, and valet services, and overseeing designated area teams. Ideal candidate will have prior parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also a top asset. Progressive management experience with multi‑team front‑line employee oversight. Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus. Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business helpful but not required. Skills and Abilities 3‑5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries. Outstanding operational and financial acumen, able to coach leaders in these areas. Excellent conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff. Proactive, sees challenge as opportunity and ready to “charge the hill” to lead the team to new heights. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Computer proficient with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams. Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day‑to‑day operational needs. Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings. Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet corporate and client budgeted expectations. Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and corporate office to maximize performance. Work with regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets and ensure a proper plan for revenue generation, staff allocation, and operating expenses for the fiscal year.
