We're looking for IT Help Desk Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Operation Support Center in White Plains, NY. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest, independently‑owned tire sales and automotive repair chains in the USA. About the Position The person selected will help support our users and our network. Duties will include technical and operational IT troubleshooting and resolving store issues, maintenance of hardware and software, and installing new software and hardware. Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess an AAS degree in a technology field or equivalent related work experience.
