Pay: $23/hr | Schedule: M-F 8-5pm

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Fresno, CA . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

• Role: Certified Maintenance Technician

• Pay: $23/hr 
• Schedule: M-F 8-5pm

Key Responsibilities:  

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems 

• Complete apartment service requests independently 

• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs 

• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations 

• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections 

• Maintain curb appeal and support overall property upkeep 



Minimum Requirements (Must Have):  

• EPA Certification REQUIRED (Universal preferred) 

• Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED 

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience REQUIRED 

• Ability to work independently and manage daily work orders 

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred) 

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
