Your Impact and Opportunities As an integral part of our TA Enablement team, you will:

• Architect Seamless Experiences: Coordinate complex virtual and in-person interview schedules, managing travel, lodging, and catering so every candidate feels valued from start to finish.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with TA Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and AskHR to gather candidate information and facilitate smooth onboarding workflows.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Analyze recruitment data and leverage dashboards to recommend process improvements and navigate logistical challenges.
• Champion TA Excellence: Take ownership of routine tasks independently, maintain highly accurate candidate records, and confidently voice constructive ideas to challenge the status quo.

Essential Skills for Success

• 2+ Years working as a TA Coordinator in a large corporation.
• Proven experience coordinating complex schedules and calendars using Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high sense of urgency.
• High emotional intelligence to communicate clearly, logically, and empathetically with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with robust learning agility to adjust to shifting priorities.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Workday is a plus, though we fully support your continued learning.
