1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (OT as needed)

What You'll Do:

Provide mechanical and electrical repair of equipment and facilities

Troubleshoot and repair complex CNC equipment, including automation, robotics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform Preventive Maintenance activities using SAP PM

Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate emergency part orders

Effectively hand off repaired equipment to operations following Equipment Turnover policy

Must-Have Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (2- or 4-year technical degree preferred)
• CNC equipment experience required
• Strong sense of urgency
• Prior SAP ERP experience highly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, programming, automation, robotics, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs
• Commitment to safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out compliance
• Note: Future shift changes will include a shift differential
