Pay: $23 $28/hr based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What's a typical day as Credit & Collections Collector? You'll be: Monitoring assigned portfolios of AHM customer accounts for payment timeliness and tracking aging and payments. Routinely following up with customers via email and phone to ensure compliance with payment terms and address delinquencies. Collaborating with associates within the Credit and Collections department and other Honda business units to resolve order and payment discrepancies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, along with 3-5 years of experience in collections and working with B2B customers. Possess exceptional relational, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills. Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP), and specialized CRM systems.
