The Dixboro Project is a sprawling visionary concept in the historic village of Dixboro, Michigan. Our spaces invite you to experience the intersection of world-class dining, transformational hospitality, and abundant nature. The Dixboro House is the restaurant arm of this unique project - carved out of the bones of the original barn structure originally erected in 1880. The century old barn has been restored to feature exposed 140 year old timbers, a gambrel vaulted ceiling and the original stone fireplace, and modern kitchen providing a familiar comfort to our guests.

Our Support staff are essential to that experience. This role works alongside servers, hosts, bartenders, and the kitchen to keep service moving efficiently while ensuring every table is clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest. Success in this position requires strong communication, situational awareness, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support servers and hosts throughout service while delivering warm, attentive hospitality to every guest .
• Maintain side work, stock service stations, and ensure essential supplies remain organized and fully replenished.
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables efficiently to keep the dining room operating smoothly.
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu and confidently deliver and present dishes to guests.
• Balance multiple responsibilities while working with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist both Front and Back of House teams to help deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Support the expeditor station by preparing garnishes, organizing the pass, and assisting with food coordination as needed.
• Monitor ticket flow and communicate with the kitchen to help maintain accurate timing and presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with hosts, managers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment built on accountability, respect, and teamwork.

• Preferred experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a great team player to serve the team mission and each guest fully.
• Emotionally intelligent.
• Must have a good attitude towards change and ambiguity.
• High level of personal hygiene and personal presentation.
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have weekend availability.
