A day in the life. As our Senior Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry. Our future colleague. High school diploma required. Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Two (2) years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.). Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC, etc. Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight, CSR24. We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
