The hiring range reflects varying levels of experience: the upper end is for someone ready to handle litigation and pre-litigation immediately, and the lower end is for a great personality fit who is still building experience.

*Compensation*

We believe in rewarding excellence without limits. Your work directly drives your earning potential.

* *Base salary: *$125,000–$175,000, depending on skills and experience
* *Performance bonus: *a significant percentage of the fees generated from your caseload
* *Origination bonus: *an additional percentage of any case you originate
* *Total compensation potential: *$185,000–$300,000+, depending on litigation interest, skill, and ability
* *Equity options *available for the right long-term fit

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar
* 2–5+ years of personal injury or defense litigation experience preferred
* Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
* A clear, effective communicator
* Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
* Trial experience, or a genuine willingness to develop trial skills, preferred
* A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help clients
