Attorney - litigation - law

Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. is seeking an attorney with three plus years of litigation experience to join its Charleston, West Virginia office.

Qualifications:

The preferred candidate must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and excellent analytical, research, writing and speaking skills.

Excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment with a client‑focused approach is essential.

Experience with pleadings, motions and discovery process and rules are essential. Energy industry experience and knowledge are a plus.

Interested candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the Firm. The ability to maintain strict client and Firm confidentiality is a must.

A satisfactory result on a post‑offer, pre‑employment background screening is required.
