Job Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has an immediate opening for a full-time staffattorneyin its Office of Legal Services.
The attorney will work closely with other attorneys and support staff in a small office environment. Duties include all aspects of environmental practice in the pursuit of the department’s mission, including general litigation, advisory opinions, and representation of the Department before administrative boards and courts of the State.
Candidates must be currently active members of the West Virginia State Bar and be available to work in the Charleston office. Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. This position includes state employee benefits.
